The renovation of The Glenn hotel centres on the strategy, that the traditional singular pub model no longer works, and customers expect a diversified multi-venue destination. The design rationale to the building as six distinct yet interconnected hospitality offerings. This deliberate spatial division encourages repeat visitation, broadens customer appeal, and strengthens commercial resilience.

Blueprint’s approach focuses on the efficiency of one venue, but the front-of-house experience provides variety and continual currency.  Each venue has its own identity, atmosphere, and purpose, specialising for instance, morning coffee to casual family pizza nights, elevated dining, relaxed outdoor experiences, and spaces for large celebrations. Customers can return multiple times and enjoy entirely different experiences without leaving the property.

Architecturally, the parti balances unity and differentiation: shared infrastructure supports the business. The Glen operates as a collection of hospitality destinations under one roof, promoting variety, discovery, and longevity — a model that enhances patron engagement and drives strong repeat business.
